Free Tools, Real Costs
EasyLedger's calculators, guides, and templates are free for everyone and always will be. Running the site — hosting, research, and writing — still costs money, so we cover that through advertising and affiliate partnerships rather than charging you or selling your data.
Advertising
We display ads through Google AdSense on some pages. Ads are chosen and served by Google based on general context, not by us reading your financial inputs — calculator results never leave your browser.
Affiliate Partnerships
When we recommend a specific product — a demat account, a loan provider, an insurance policy — some of those links are affiliate links. If you sign up or make a purchase through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any such link is clearly labelled as a partner or affiliate link at the point it appears.
Editorial Independence
We only recommend products we'd suggest regardless of commission, and a partner relationship never changes what a calculator computes or what a guide says. If a product stops being a good fit for our readers, we drop the recommendation.
